The Guest House offers a warm, welcoming place to settle in during your stay, with four inviting dorm-style rooms that comfortably accommodate two guests each, plus two and a half shared bathrooms. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and during retreats we happily provide a delicious breakfast and coffee bar each morning. Guests gather for hearty, family-style lunches and dinners in the dining area, and there is always a selection of snacks available around the clock. Our coffee bar is open anytime you need a pick-me-up.
The guest house is easy to find, look for the rock with ‘YOUR NAME’ on it, located just one block behind the School Building where workshops take place. It is a simple walk across the street, or you may use our shuttle cart if you prefer. Most guests stay at the guest house during their visit, however, there are more rooms located in the school building. Please note that while the space is cozy and comfortable, it is not ADA-accessible and requires a few steps to enter both the guest house and the school building.
In your free time, relax and connect with fellow artists in the dining area or gather around the backyard fire pit. It is a favorite spot to unwind with a glass of wine or, for smokers, a cigarette, while swapping stories about challenging clients, creative breakthroughs, or the latest paint colors. If you forget something essential, we have you covered with hair dryers, extra toothbrushes, and irons to keep you comfortable and looking good! And if you need anything at all, just ask Dayci, our house manager, who is always happy to help.
