Weekend rundown
Hey friends!
We’re pumped to have you with us for a super fun, creative weekend.
Here’s the no-stress rundown of how it’s all going to go.
Thursday night: roll in + say hi
Come whenever you can Thursday evening, get settled, find your room, and swing by for a relaxed meet-and-greet.
We’ll have wine, good vibes, and a chance to meet everyone before we jump into the fun.
If you can’t get here until Friday morning, that’s totally fine, just make sure you’re here by 9:30
Friday: paint play, then spray + Meta goggles
- The breakfast bar is ready by 7:00 AM, and the coffee bar is always open.
- Friday morning with Cindy: the try-everything session (paints, brushes, pens, and surfaces).
- Lunch around noon at the guesthouse, then back to the studio.
- Friday afternoon with Tony + Meta goggles: spray cans, caps, layering, then trace designs onto canvas or polytab panels and start painting.
- Friday night: group dinner (Art’s firing up the BBQ), then chill or head back into the studio. The studio is open 24/7.
- Friendly heads-up: Saturday starts at 9:30 AM too.
Saturday: spray cans vs spray guns (and stencils that actually help)
- After breakfast, we’re back at it at 9:30 AM in the studio with Tony and Jody.
- They’ll break down spray cans vs spray guns, plus practical workflow tips.
- Jody will also cover stencils that actually help and how to use them without frustration.
- Quick lunch break, then more hands-on time. Dinner together that night, and open studio again.
Sunday: finish up + watch a real install
- Sunday is your wrap-it-up-and-make-it-awesome day.
- You’ll work on your polytab pieces to take home, with instructors nearby for feedback and help.
- Cindy will show how she installs a polytab element on an exterior wall (really cool to see in real life).
- We’ll do a quick wrap-up and feedback session, then one last group dinner.
- After that, hang out, keep creating, or head home, whatever feels right. Breakfast will be available in the morning, and you can head out whenever you’re ready.
